Taylor Swift Gets Revenge In “Blank Space” Music Video

“A nightmare dressed like a daydream” is spot on.

Taylor Swift is on top of the world right now with a top selling new album, an upcoming world tour, and now another music video. “Blank Space” is the latest single off “1989” and Swift brings her ‘A’ game. The song lyrics include, “Oh my God, look at that face/ You look like my next mistake/ Love’s a game, wanna play?” She picked an impressive candidate for her blank space, Sean O’Pry, who got very close with the singer in the video.

The video starts off with Swift and her cat, who made another video debut for her Coca-Cola commercial, and her in a more risky outfit than she normally wears. Fashion is definitely prevalent in the video, and you can see images of her outfits below. Her new lover is seen not being faithful in the video with Swift singing “Oh my God, who is she?”. She gets revenge in the best, most dramatic ways possible. Also the mansion is BEAUTIFUL, she needs to have a party there and invite me and my cat Merlin over.

Her latest album sold more than a million copies its first week with Swift writing on her Instagram, “Industry experts predicted 1989 would sell 650k first week. You went and bought 1.287 million albums.” She posted that along side a video of her rapping, and a day later posting a throwback. The cute photo of Swift was fitting because she wrote, “The last time an album sold as many copies as 1989 did first week, it was 2002, I was 12, and going through my ‘braids phase’. #nofilternecessary”.
